A short bench in solid teak with a thick top and splayed legs.
Description
A bench for entrances, bed ends and restaurant window seats. The top is a single thick plank or two matched planks, and the legs splay slightly for stability.
Construction
Legs are wedged through mortises in the top, which keeps the joint tight as the wood moves with the seasons. A reclaimed-look finish is available on request.
Care notes
Wipe with a barely damp cloth and dry at once. Keep away from radiators and direct air-conditioning outlets. Re-oil once a year on tops that see heavy use.
