Every carton is sized to the piece, with corner guards and foam where the finish needs it. The packing list gives carton counts and cubic metres per order, so freight bookings and customs paperwork match the container.

What is the minimum order?
One mixed 20-foot container. Pieces can be mixed within the container so that a hotel can order dining, bedroom and outdoor pieces together.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. Samples are made to your specification in 3–4 weeks. Sample cost and freight are agreed before work starts.
Can you change the size of a piece?
Most pieces can be made in other sizes. Send the dimensions you need and we confirm what is practical for the construction.
Which finishes do you offer?
Natural oil, stain, white wash and matte lacquer indoors; raw sanded, teak oil or sealer outdoors. We make a finish board for approval before production.
How long does production take?
Usually 60–90 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and carving content (sample value).
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed per order. Ask us when you request a quote.
